Shipping and order confirmation:
All orders are confirmed, verified and security checked before being shipped. This takes 1-2 working days depending on the payment type and information needed and provided, we can confirm product  availability the same day if the order processes by 5:00pm EST. Delivery times begin after verification approval, in the case of fund transfers it begins once we receive the funds, in the case of a credit card it is once the funds are received from the processing bank, this is usually about 1-2 days. If a product is listed on our site and is available for purchase - that means we have it available for purchase and can ship it to you immediately after your order is verified and your item is manufactured and shipped.

All orders are shipped pre-paid and direct. Shipping costs and customs clearance (not fee's) are fixed according to the item. This includes delivery and confirmation receipt service. We accept all international orders.

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request.

Price Protection: We offer 60 day price protection, it is up to "YOU" to review the site for price changes just the same as you would at any department store. If you find a price lowered or an item goes on sale you have to notify us with your order details.

Upgrade Policy: You may upgrade your purchase to a higher grade product at any time within the first 30 days after delivery for a full credit as long as you return it to us and it is returned still in factory packaging. If the product is used or damaged this policy will not be honored.
