Shipping and order confirmation:
All orders are confirmed, verified and security checked before being shipped. This takes 1-2 working days depending on the payment type and information needed and provided, we can confirm product  availability the same day if the order processes by 6:00pm EST. Delivery times begin after verification approval, in the case of fund transfers it begins once we receive the funds, in the case of a credit card it is once the funds are received from the processing bank, this is usually about 2 days. If a product is listed on our site and is available for purchase - that means we have it available for purchase and can ship it to you immediately after your order is verified and your item is manufactured and shipped.

We are unable to provide low prices and offer same day or next day shipping, if you have to have your purchase the next day please go to one of the other sites that offer such service but be prepared to pay a lot more for your purchase! All orders are shipped pre-paid and direct. Shipping costs and customs clearance (not fee's) are fixed according to the item. This includes delivery and confirmation receipt service. We accept all international orders except Indonesia due to the very high rate of fraud.

Price Protection: We offer 60 day price protection, it is up to "YOU" to review the site for price changes just the same as you would at any department store. If you find a price lowered or an item goes on sale you have to notify us with your order details.

Upgrade Policy: You may upgrade your purchase to a higher grade product at any time within the first 30 days after delivery for a full credit as long as you return it to us and it is returned still in factory packaging. If the product is used or damaged this policy will not be honored.

You may also be liable for customs fees, once the package reaches your country. You are responsible for these charges - we have no way of controlling or predicting them. Since these policies vary widely from country to country, you are advised to contact your local postal office for more information.

Products carry a 14 day limited return policy. 25, 27 & 31 jewel watches have a 12 month limited warranty. 21 jewel watches have a 180 day limited warranty, Writing instruments have a 180 day limited warranty. All other product warranties are as stated by the product.

You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been shipped. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer. Although the gold plating is very thick (triple plated on Swiss products), we cannot determine how you will wear the watch. Therefore the plating of the gold is not covered by the warranty Watches cannot be tampered with in any way. All watch cases are installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watchcase and the seal is broken, all return policies are void for the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work on the watch or open it. If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for Intentional shipping damages. Crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product Allow 2 to 5 weeks to receive your repaired product The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired/exchanged. NOTE: Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than the factory will void this warranty.
